That means that people are going to this platform to search and discover something. So in order for someone to find what they\u2019re looking for, it has to be keyworded correctly.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So when you&#8217;re setting your profile up, you have to make sure that you are using keywords so that your ideal client, your ideal audience, your avatar &#8211; whoever you want to find your services, your products, your content, all that great stuff &#8211; you have to make sure you&#8217;re using keywords. It&#8217;s the major key.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Insert DJ Khaled voice here or whatever.<\/span><\/i><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n<p><iframe class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/5hs0RcdR3hteK6Wdcr\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/gifs\/5hs0RcdR3hteK6Wdcr\">via GIPHY<\/a><\/p>\r\n<h3><b>Keyword <\/b><b><i>Research<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the first things that you need to do after setting up your business account (which you need to do if you haven\u2019t already!): <\/span><b>you need to do your keyword research.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, this is not something that you can do in like 5 or 10 minutes. It&#8217;s gonna take you some time. Most people don&#8217;t like it. I like it. I think&#8230; yeah, I like it. No, I really do love doing the keyword research for my clients.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>Keyword research really allows you to learn more about who your ideal audience is<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, because you have to know what they&#8217;re going to search for. So that&#8217;s the first thing is knowing your ideal client and ideal avatars so that you can do the right research for your content so it can be found.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n                <div class=\"ml-form-embed\"\n                     data-account=\"2072634:j7p8k5b9w3\"\n                     data-form=\"5092196:j1p7q6\">\n                <\/div>\n            \r\n<h3><b>Keyword <\/b><b><i>Placement<\/i><\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once you get those keywords, you have to put them in the right place. You put them in your pin descriptions, you put them in your pin titles, you put them in your profile name, you put them in your bio description. You put them on your website, on the content that you&#8217;re creating, on the landing page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You put them in so many places because once your content is found and they go from Pinterest to your content, Pinterest needs to know that they&#8217;re actually sending them to the right content.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><b>On Pinterest, your keywords need to be in multiple places so that people can find your content.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just like when you go on Google and YouTube (which are both search engines by the way, like Pinterest), you type in something in the search bar to find something. If these things are not keyworded correctly, you&#8217;re not finding them. They have SEO, which is search engine optimization so that people can find this content. So just like that, your content needs to be found and the only way it can be found is by using keywords.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So I want you to really, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">really <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do your keyword research for your account.
